At Colgate-Palmolive, we are reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets and our planet. To help advance our purpose, we are proud to introduce our 2030 Sustainability & Social Impact Strategy. This five-year roadmap prioritizes value-creating initiatives designed to drive measurable results. In turn, we aim to create long-term resilience and growth for our business while supporting the communities where we live, work and sell.
Building On Our Progress
Our 2030 Strategy builds on the great progress we achieved through our 2025 Sustainability & Social Impact Strategy. For example, since introducing our first-of-its kind recyclable toothpaste tube in 2019, we have transitioned approximately 97% of our toothpaste SKUs in North America and 98% of our toothpaste SKUs globally to the recyclable tube. Colgate-Palmolive now sells its recyclable tube in over 70 countries worldwide. Across all of our packaging, approximately 96% is designed for recycling today and we are targeting 100% by 2030.1
Further, in 2025, the Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures program achieved a historic milestone by reaching approximately 2 billion children and their families in over 100 countries since 1991 with oral health education, treatment referrals and more. By 2030, we aim to reach 2.7 billion children and their families. Our legacy of care extends to our pet welfare efforts through our Hill’s Food, Shelter & Love program in the United States, which reached over $300 million in pet food donations to more than 1,000 shelters, helping over 16 million pets find forever homes, since 20021.
And, we are proud of the progress we have made toward our Climate and Net Zero transition plan. Globally, as of December 31, 2025, approximately 83% of our electricity comes from renewable energy sources and we have roadmaps in place to achieve 100% by 2030.
While we have achieved key milestones, our journey does not end here.
